  Arrival details and identification, provided once before the stay.

  A chef, a boat trip, a ski lesson, lift passes, a snowshoe hike or a private guide. Guests discover what your property can arrange and can make their requests with enough time to plan properly.

• Wellness

  Massage, yoga, pilates, private treatments: booked in advance according to the guest’s preferred time and preferences.

• Restaurants

  A table for Saturday, for four, outside if possible: one request, with everything the restaurant needs to know.

• Special requests

  Anything else. A birthday, a dietary requirement. Guests simply let you know.
